We've seen it (and done it) hundreds of times: grabbing the bass out of the side of a partially unzipped case while standing up. We do this to save space, to save time, or to save our backs. This observation became the driving concept behind the Vertigo™, the world's first top-loading guitar case. The top loading feature might have been enough, but the Headlock® has been redesigned for automatic neck support. Then The Boot® was created, a rubber sole designed for unsurpassed protection against vertical drops. The game has changed.

LOCK AND LOAD

The Vertigo™ features a fully redesigned Headlock® neck suspension system. No strapping, buckling, or belting required. Just throw your bass in and the neck finds a natural resting point in the base of the Headlock®. Then zip the case up and the top section of the Headlock® automatically clamps down over your bass, holding it firmly in place. Your headstock is now fully protected against backward drops and side-to-side impact. Lightning fast!

DROP-PROOF

Another first of its kind, The Boot® takes guitar protection to a new level. Using manufacturing technologies from the footwear industry, the Vertigo™ bounces off of concrete like a pair of cross trainers. With its custom molded rubber outsole and EVA insole, The Boot® also protects strap pins of all shapes and sizes from those nasty vertical drops. Travel in confidence and style. It's a good look.

IMPACT DEFLECTION

Integral ABS panels deliver hardcase protection at a fraction of the weight. (MONO cases weigh in at about 75% less than their hardcase counterparts.) The reinforced outer shell of the Vertigo™ absorbs and deflects hard impact away from the vulnerable areas of the bass.

SMART STORAGE

Most MONO cases come equipped with the triple D-ring attachments required for the optional Classic Tick Accessory Case, the modular tool case designed to extend the storage capacity of your guitar case. The Classic Tick Accessory Case seamlessly and securely attaches to the case as shown. Some older cases may not be Tick-ready - please contact support if you have questions about the Tick-compatibility of your MONO case.

RIVETED HANDLE & HARD-WEARING SOLE

Rock solid, industrial webbing handles come standard on MONO cases. Bar-tack stitching and steel rivets reinforce for strength, while high-grade webbing provides a super comfortable grip.

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within an average of 1-3 business days depending on the product. Some products require more time. After you place an order we contact you directly and depending on the item ordered we inform you when it should be delivered.

If you are not satisfied with a Product purchased through Feesheh, you will have the right to return it to us within one day of the shipping date. All returned Products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original retail price listed on the website. In order for Feesheh to accept the return of a Product, (i) the return should be made within the first twenty-four hours of order; and (ii) the returned Products should be returned to Feesheh in its original packaging, complete with all components (including the warranty card (if applicable) and owner’s manual), and showing no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will be refused.

You agree and acknowledge that Feesheh cannot and will not cover any return shipping charges, costs or any other expenses associated with the return.

Users who return a Product will be issued a credit value from Feesheh for the Product’s purchase price. You hereby agree and acknowledge that the refunds are made for Product value only and that it will exclude (i) any costs or expenses relating to shipping, handling or delivery; (ii) any charges associated with payment in cash on delivery; and (iii) the restocking fee as mentioned in paragraph (b) above.

In all cases, you agree and acknowledge that the following Products may not be returned to Feesheh for any reason whatsoever:

Instrument and Product accessories including: amps, strings, drumsticks, pedals, etc.;
Wind Instruments;
Books;
T-Shirts;
Recording equipments; and
Pianos.

Limited Warranty

Most of our brand new Products are sold along with the manufacturer's limited warranty unless provided otherwise. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and the Product.

Feesheh provides no separate warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Feesheh expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding any Products sold to you, whether express, implies or statutory, including without limitation all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement of third party rights.

All the products we sell at the time being are brand new, unfortunately we do not buy any used instruments.

Why are your prices more expensive than other international online stores?

Our listed prices on Feesheh.com are all inclusive. This means they include importing costs (which can greatly vary depending on the weight of the item), any customs, taxes, special taxes, and clearance costs where applicable. All those factors add to the cost of the products.
