If you don’t have a credit card you can pay us cash on delivery. 



What do you sell on Feesheh?

We have all kinds of guitars, bass guitars, percussion and drums, keyboards and piano, audio equipment, folk instruments, oriental musical instruments including oud (lute), musical instruments accessories, and music lifestyle. Our brands are 100% authentic and brand new. We offer a wide range of brands including: Ibanez, Dean, Fender, Jackson, Schecter, Epiphone, Gibson, Hohner, and more! 



Can I see the items? Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to try the product before buying it because Feesheh is an online store only!

Just like any other online store we get our items from our suppliers and ship them directly to your doorstep! However, we make sure the products arrive in a perfect condition, and we guarantee the authenticity of all our products and the best prices in the market.



Do you give lessons? Where can I learn instruments?

Currently we do not offer lessons.We can get you any special material that is not listed on our website, you can reach us on support@feesheh.com.



Do you buy/sell used instruments?

All the products we sell at the time being are brand new, unfortunately we do not buy any used instruments.



Are your brands original?

All our brands are authentic and we guarantee that every brand we sell is the label it promises to be! 



Why are your prices more expensive than other international online stores?

Our listed prices on Feesheh.com are all inclusive. This means they include importing costs (which can greatly vary depending on the weight of the item), any customs, taxes, special taxes, and clearance costs where applicable. All those factors add to the cost of the products. 



What is the price guarantee policy?

We’d like to assure you that it is our main job to guarantee you the best prices in the market!

This means: if you find any item to be sold for cheaper than our listing price you can always report the item to us and we’ll match or even BEAT the market price after verifying your complaint! 



How can I send you a price complaint if I found it for cheaper?

Why do you call me to confirm my order?

Our team contacts you to approve the transaction and to update you on the delivery time. 



Can I order on phone or chat?

Yes you can and we will call you after that to confirm your order.



Can I cancel my orders on Feesheh?

We are very flexible when it comes to cancelling orders you have recently placed. Simply get in touch with us through any of our communication channels (Email, phone, chat, Facebook, etc).

Please note that if your order has been processed, cancellation might not be possible. You should therefore inform us instantly in case you have changed your mind. 



How do you refund me if I cancel an order?

In case of order cancellation, we will typically refund you through store credit.
